Naumi Hotels, a hotel owner, operator, and property chain, established in 2007 and headquartered in Singapore,, boasting a collection of boutique hotels known for their imaginative design, creative experiences and bespoke service has expanded its portfolio with the opening of its first hotel in the Middle East, located in Dubai, UAE.
The acquisition of the Naumi Hotel Dubai was advised by SunStar Capital, a family - owned management and asset company founded by executive chairman Surya Jhunjhnuwala, an operation that marks Naumi Hotels’s first venture in the region, and planning to capture the spirit of Dubai while maintaining the brand’s approach to hospitality.
The property is located in Barsha Heights, a vibrant urban community featuring residential and commercial buildings, serviced apartments and hotels near the Dubai Internet City Metro, approximately 10 minutes from the Mall of the Emirates and about 15 minutes from The Palm.
The hotel will incorporate in its design curated art to provide intuitive service and features 237 comfortable rooms and suites, and a range of amenities including two restaurants, a spa, a rooftop pool, a fitness centre, and meeting facilities.
The property is scheduled to undergo renovations to introduce a new visual identity and enhance the guest experience with planned upgrades which include whimsical spaces, imaginative experiences, and signature brand elements.
The opening in Dubai is part of a broader strategy of the Singaporean hospitality company in the Middle East adding this unity to a portfolio of height properties located across Australia, New Zealand and Singapore.
