SH Hotels & Resorts, brand management company and an affiliate of global private investment firm Starwood Capital Group that operates the award winning Baccarat Hotels, Treehouse Hotels, 1 Hotels and SH Collection launched in 2015 and based in New York informed that it will open on 1st march 2025, the Treehouse Hotel Silicon Valley in the State of California, marking the brands' debut into the U.S. market.
The hotel is located in Sunnyvale, city in the Santa Clara County, along Highway 101 and Camino Real, one of the major centres that make up California's high tech area known as Silicon Valley.
SH Hotels & Resorts launched the Treehouse Hotels lifestyle brand and concept in 2019, concretely in the United Kingdom with the opening in the British capital of the Treehouse Hotel London.
The hospitality company will open a second U.K. outpost in Manchester next year with other projects on the launch pad in Riyadh, the capital of Saudi Arabia,in Miami's Brickel neighbourhood, the financial hub of the Florida's city and Adelaide relevant city of Australia is also in the pipeline.
The Treehouse Hotel Silicon Valley will initially feature 111 rooms with eventually expected to expand to 254 rooms providing an outdoor heated pool, 7000 square feet of event and meeting space, a complimentary bike access, a Beer Garden which will serve over 30 craft beers as well as cocktails and biodynamic wines.
James Beard award – winning chef Stephanie Izard will led and oversee the Valley Goat, the property main restaurant which will offer a rotating menu of shareable plates.
SH Hotels & Resorts said that Treehouse was founded on the ideas that inspire a child to build a treehouse.
