Amansamar is the name of the future property of Aman Resorts that will open its doors near UNESCO's World Heritage Site of At - Turaif, a historic district founded in the 15th century located in Diriyah, north west of Riyadh, regarded as one of the more important and historical sites in Saudi Arabia, as it represented the capital of Saudi dynasty, original home of the House of Saud.
The resort and residential complex will be located within Wadi Safar, 41 km from Riyadh's airport and 15 minutes northwest of downtown Riyadh, a major development in the Arab Kingdom home to a golf course, the Royal Diriyah Equestrian & Polo Club, retails and hotels, including Six Senses, Oberoi, Chedi and Faena hotels, among others, that seeks to attract both residents and tourists,contributing to Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030 goals.
Amansamar will feature 80 rooms and 37 branded residences with five and six bedrooms. Guests and residents will have access to the Aman Spa with hammam, and banya facilities, multiple dining venues, a raquet club, pools and a kids' club.
The complex is under construction and it will join Aman's growing portfolio in the Middle East, which includes the Janu Diriyah and Aman AlUla in Saudi Arabia as well as the Aman Dubai and Janu Dubai.
