The property. scheduled to open in early 2027, marks the second Moroccan Virgin Limited establishment alongside Kasbah Tamadot, an award - winning retreat located in Morocco’s Atlas Mountains.

Set within a 40 - hectares organic farm, with citrus orchards and olive groves, the development will focus on local craftmanship, using local stone, and wood to create a “peaceful buffer” between Marrakech and the Atlas Mountains.
Construction is already underway, and the hotel will feature 37 comfortable and spacious suites, three restaurants, a Chef’s Table, a speakeasy bar with home - grown seasonal produce.
The property will also include a traditional Moroccan wellness facility with a hammam, a 40 - metre swimming pool, and recreational activities such as tennis, padel and horse riding.
Inspired by Berber - tradition, the hotel is designed to offer guests a culturally immersive retreat while enabling twin intineraries alongside Kasbah Tamadot, an attractive proposition for high - end travellers seeking distinct experiences within a single portfolio.
