The French Accor Group has announced a partnership agreement with the Egyptian company Q Real Estate Development for the launch of a new property, the Novotel Sidi Abd El Rahman.
The hotel will be located on a bay of the northern coast of the the Mediterranean Sea at 30 kilometers from El Alamein and 132 kilometers from Alexandria, on an idyllic beach, in an area increasingly trendy and constantly developing tourist destination that is turning into a national hotspot.
This is the latest announcement regarding the northern coast of Egypt and is Accor's first hotel project with Q Developments .
The Novotel Sidi Abd El Rahman, which is expected to open its doors in 2027, will have 240 spacious, modern, comfortable rooms, at guests' disposal there will be a restaurant, a pool bar, a rooftop bar with views of the Mediterranean Sea, a cafeteria, Spa and fitness centers, paddle courts, an outdoor swimming pool and water sports activities will also be developed.
The hotel will also focus on the MICE segment, ideal for organizing events, will have a 600 square meter ballroom, a perfect place for celebrations, weddings, parties and four rooms with an area of 50 square meters set up to host meetings, conventions and team building activities.
