Accor will introduce in the the Iberian peninsula the luxury brand Fairmont ans SLS, lifestyle Ennismore opening four hotels in Spain and Portugal as : 

·       Fairmont La Hacienda Costa del Sol – Spain | The 311 rooms of this luxury hotel offer endless views of the Mediterranean, and the hotel captures the Andalusian spirit through experiences connected to the rich heritage of the region. Opening scheduled for early 2025.

·       SLS Barcelona – Spain | In its European debut, SLS Barcelona will bring its distinctive brand of immersive originality to the seaside district of Port Fòrum. Featuring 471 luxuriously appointed roons and suites, six distinct restaurants and bars, three swimming pools, a spa and extensive event space culminating in a spectacular ballroom, SLS Barcelona will be an authentic urban resort without precedent in the Catalan capital. The hotel is scheduled to open fully in early 2025.

·       Novotel Valencia Lavant – Spain | Within the Turia Garden, between the historic centre of Valencia and the  Palacio de Congresos, th Congress Palace, this 12 – storey midscale hotel, nuilt from an existing establishment will provide 370 rooms, a snack – bar, coffee shop, restaurant, rooftop with swimming pool and bar, gym, breakfast room and large meeting and coworking areas. With its own private car park, this new flagship hotel will welcome guests in the Novotel spirit of balance and harmony. Opening scheduled for early 2025.

·       Mercure Ponta Delgada Azores – Portugal | It is the first Accor hotel in Portugal’s Azores islands and a new flagship of the midscale Mercure brand. The hotel is perched above the historic “Pensione Central” completely restored and updated to create 75 rooms, two outdoor swimming pools for adults and children, spa with heated indoor pool, sauna, Turkish bath and Vichy shower, as well as a meeting room for up to 60 people, all inspired by a narrative linked to travel. Guests will be invited to explore Ponta Delgada like a true local and immerse themselves in the culture in an authentic and environmentally friendly way. Opening scheduled for early 2025.

Hotel Wyndham's latest foray into the increasingly competitive all - inclusive space is its first in the Caribbean's premier all - inclusive destination.

The resort featuring 620 suites is located on the beach of Uvero Alto on the northernmost end of Punta Cana between Playa Macao and Rio Maimón Natural Park, home to high - end resorts, casinos, fine restaurants and trendy bars, boasting a long, wide, golden beach and about 45 minutes from the Punta Cana International Airport.

MB Signature Properties | Development of a Luxury Resort in Orlando - Florida - U.S.

 

MB Signature Properties, company that specializes in the development, marketing, sale and administration of real estate projects, based in Mérida - Yucatan - Mexico is developing MB Resort Orlando, a luxury resort expected to open in winter 2028 in the Central Florida’s city and the county seat of the Orange County, well known to be home to more than a dozen theme parks.

The MB Resort Orlando will be constructed in front of Lake Bryant, a 214 acre lake located in scenic Orange County surrounded by lush greenery, lined with exotic foliage and towering trees, popular spot for fishing, waterskiing, kayaking, wakeboarding and other excting watersports, a great place also for families outing amidst nature, which is located about 8.0 kilometres from the Disney Springs dining/shopping district.
