Gaborone, capital of Botswana, located at the confluence of the Notwane, Notwane and Seshane rivers, between the hills of Kgdale and Oodi, just 15 kilometers from the South African border, will be the venue of the ATLF Africa Tourism Leadership Forum from 03rd to 06th September 2024.
Africa Tourism Leadership Forum is one of the main tourism events on the African continent, will be held at the Gaborone International Conference Centre Grand Palm, it is a broad platform for dialogue that brings together numerous stakeholders from the tourism, travel, hospitality and aviation sectors.
The focal theme of this 24th edition is "to chart a new path for travel, tourism and investment within Africa" and will focus on three thematic areas such as sustainable and inclusive tourism, empowerment of intra-African travel and driving economic growth.
These themes are designed to ensure that the development of tourism benefits everyone, especially local communities and contributes to the integration and economic growth of the African continent.
