Lore Group, international hospitality company, headquartred in London and New York, company that designs, transforms, manages and operates hotel, food and drink concepts in relevant cities across Europe and the United States of America, delivering approachable and inspired spaces to guests from around the world had rebranded the former Mondrian Park Avenue in New York City as Hotel Park Ave.
Hotel Park Ave will mark the future debut in New York for Lore Group, as well as the second in the U.S. joining Riggs Washington DC which opened in 2020.
The hotel is ideally located in the heart of Manhattan’s NoMad neighborhood, just blocks from the Empire State Building and Madison Square Park and not far from Bryant Park.
The future Hotel Park Ave is due to unfergo a two - phased refurbishment beginning next year Q1 will involve a refresh across all guest rooms, and in spring will see upgrades to the lobby with the launch of nine suites including the Nomad Penthouse, the hotel is currently open ad will remain so during the renovations.
The accommodation incluse amenities as a rooftop terrace bar and ground floor restaurant, two private event spaces and two new F&B concepts at the hotel’s dining venues are set to be announced in spring.
Lore Group’s CEO David Taylor said that expanding into New York City feel like the natural step for Lore Group.

The Creative Director at Lore Group Jacu Strauss commented that the company is busy developing a new creative identity for Hotel Park Ave which will unveil in spring.
As always the design has been inspired by the building, its history and the NoMad neighborhood. Every touch point through the new suites will tell a story, with beautiful details creating emotional connections balanced by the requirements of operating and delivering modern luxury experiences.
