IHCL, the Indian Hotels Company, renowned hospitality group founded in 1902, part of Tata Group and based in Mumbai, developing, operating and managing several hotels, resorts, and luxury properties expands its portfolio with a new Ginger Hotel in Bommasandra, town located in Bengaluru Urban district in the state of Karnataka, India.
The project of this new hotel named Ginger Bommasandra Bengaluru is in its early stages and will be developed from the ground up in Bommasandra, a leading neighborhood and industrial bustling hub for aerospace, biotechnology, IT and startup companies of Bengaluru.
This centre is considered the Silicon Valley of India, strategically located along the Hosur Road, the National Highway that Links Bengaluru and Hosur, in South Bengaluru, roughly 30 km from the city.
This move is part of The Indian Hotels Company’s ongoing strategy to strengthen its presence across emerging micro - markets like Bomassandra, Bengaluru.
The hotel enters in a midscale brand as Ginger Hotels founded in 2024, offering modern comfort, seamless service, contemporary, vibrant spaces designed to cater to work and leisure requirements.
The property will arise in Jigani Industrial Area, located in the southern part of Bengaluru, a prominent industrial zone renowned for its diverse range of manufacturing activities, primarily known for housing industries related to electronics, engineering, and pharmaceuticals, positioned to provide easy access to commercial and industrial hubs, making it an ideal choice for business travellers.
Ginger Bommasandra Bengaluru is set to provide a much - needed hospitality solutions within this thriving environment and will feature 125 rooms, Qmin, a signature all - day dining restaurant, a bar, a fitness centre and meeting rooms.
IHCL’s portfolio with this addition extends its presence to 26 hotel in Karnataka state, with an additional 13 under development.
