This new operation add another chapter of the successful story in the United States of America by this multinational company that has developed a pioneering, innovative, and sustainable technology patented worldwide founded by scientist Fernando Fischmann, based in Coral Gables - Florida, with more than 275 projects in various stages of development and negotiation with U.S. as its main market.
The project called Oak Hills, is part of an agreement with Contender Development, a full - service land and community development company and real estate firm focusing on hotel and restaurant projects serving South Carolina, North Carolina, Georgia and Florida based in Grenville - SC, Broadstreet, Inc, an impact financial services company, offering both fund management and fund administration services also headquartered in Grenville – SC and Blue Lagoon Development LLC, property owner and public entity based in Miami – Florida, to develop four complexes in the state.
The project will feature a 4.8 - acre crystalline lagoon surrounded by white sand beaches with a private area reserved for residences and tourists staying in a luxury hotel, confirming the impact of the hotel industry of Crystal Lagoons.
On the other hand this complex will have the features of the Public Access model, also known as PAL developments and for this reason ti will be considered a hybrid complex, equipped with an extensive commercial, etertainment and sports infrastructure, as well as terraces, restaurants, parks,a wedding peninsula, a children's area and other amenities.
The President of Broadstreet Inc,. Joseph Baldassarra said that Crystal Lagoons in Oak Hill will offer exceptional, safe and enjoyable reacreational spaces for all ages, excited to created a destination that will not only improve the quality of life for residents, but will also become a focal point for the entire region.
The Senior VP of Sales, Crystal Lagoons US Corp., Ivan Mazur, explained that PAL developments and Crystal Lagoons technology have become very attractive projects globally, so there is confidence that this complex will be a success.
PAL projects are environmentally friendly as they reduce the carbon footprint of tourism and transport by more than 40%, decreasing trips to coastal destination by around 50% and in addition they also offer event venue with unparalleled scenic beauty.
