FORTH Atlanta opens its doors thanks to the partnerships developed between Real estate company New City Properties and hotel operator Method CO.
The hotel is located in the Old Fourth Ward, an intown neighborhood on the eastside of Atlanta, a former industrial neighborhood that has undergone a great revitalization in recent years.
This area is nowadays a trendy destination , well known for its excellent restaurants loved by a multitude of foodies, independent fashion stores that fill Ponce City Market in the expansive Sears, Roebuck & CO building from the 1920s and the bustling Irwin Street Market known for artisan food.
The hotel is also located near the access to The BeltLine's Eastside Trail, a 22-mile ring of trails with parks and green spaces that connects 45 neighborhoods and creates a vibrant public space for commerce, recreation, outdoor activities and cultural expression in Atlanta.
