The Mama Shelter Dubai, in the United Arab Emirates has an opening scheduled on 15th December and also in Asia but at another latitude will follow the Mama Shelter Singapore which will be the 20th unit of the group's portfolio.

The hotel will provide over 170 rooms, with a modern and elegant design, a restaurant, a panoramic terrace and 550 square meters of meeting rooms, ideal for hosting meetings and conferences.
In 2026 Mama Shelter will reach Cape Town, bustling city in South Africa with endless attractions, and will be the brand's first hotel on the African continent.
Mama Shelter Cape Town will be housed in the emblematic City Park building in a very lively area bounded by Bree Street, Loop Street, Longmarket and Church Street in one the most vibrant areas of Cape Town.
The hotel will feature over 120 rooms, a rooftop restaurant, swimming pool, gym, terrace, 213 square meters of meeting rooms, 380 meters of workspace and the property will introduce a completely new concept for the brand namely Mama Play, a recreational space developed on an area of 742 square meters that will include a bowling alley, karaoke and areas dedicated to dining and events.
In the United States of America, the group will open its second hotel in Los Angeles, Californian city with countless attractions and known for its vibrant nightlife, the Mama Shelter Downtown LA.
The accommodation will arise a short distance from the renowned Flower District in the LA fashion area where is situated the largest wholesale flower market in the US.
The hotel will boast than 140 rooms with a modern design, four elegant suites, a cafe, two restaurants, one of which developed on the roof.
In 2026 will debut Mama Shelter Medellin in Colombia in the vibrant, lively capital of the province of Antioquia, nicknamed "the City of Eternal Spring" in the El Poblado neighborhood, the richest and safest upscale neighborhood situated in the south - east of the city, well known for its trendy bars, chic cafes, fine restaurants and top clubs.
The hotel will feature over 150 rooms, a restaurant, a fine bar, a rooftop pool with panoramic views, more than 3,000 square meters of coworking space and 500 square meters of meeting rooms.
Mama Shelter Casablanca will be the last accommodation of the group opening its doors in 2026 located in the Maarif - Les Princess district, bustling area of the Moroccan city famous for its fine restaurants, attractive cafes and a large variety of shops.
The hotel will provide over 90 rooms and 49 apartments highlighted by a unique design and will boast the longest swimming pool in the city with in addition a lounge with panoramic views, a meeting room of 140 square meters, various restaurants and a gym.
