MGallery Collection, a global brand of luxury boutique hotels characterized by their unique stories, distinctive design and captivating details, owned by Accor S.A., a French multinational hospitality company based in Issy - les - Moulineux, announced the debut of a new hotel in Australia located in the Brighton Le Sands area, a suburb on the western shore of Botany Bay, 13 kilometres south of Sydney’s central business, known for its beach, calm waters perfect for swimming and a popular waterfront area.

The Brighton Hotel Sydney is located at 2 Princess Street corner The Grand Parade highway and overlooking a beach on Botany Bay, a stunning inlet of the Pacific Ocean, roughly circular, about 8 km across and 1.6 km wide at its mouth between the La Perouse and Kurnell peninsulas, 7 kilometres from Sydney Airport, 17 kilometres from Darling Harbour and 20 kilometres from Sydney Opera House.

The property is positioned to cater to both leisure and business travellers given its proximity to the CDB, the Sydney Airport and various attractions.

The hotel features 307 comfortable rooms and suites designed to offer stunning views of Botany Bay, F&B options include a Mediterranean restaurant named Ammos Brighton, led by Chef Peter Conistis, a more casual dining option, Coco’s on the Beach, which operates until late, The Sands Bar offering a menu designed for sharing and features a signature drink, The Saywell Martini, and additionally the bar will host a seasonal adults - only beach club starting this weekend.

Amenities include an outdoor and an indoor heated pool, a fitness centre equipped with Peloton bikes and other exercise equipment, and a sauna, and steam room for guests seeking relaxation. 

The hotel also boasts 11 event spaces intended for various events, from corporate meetings to weddings among them two ballrooms, with the largest accommodating up to 600 guests, the Brighton Ballroom that is highlighted for its capacity and design, featuring floor - to ceiling windows with ocean views.
