The properties include Hyatt Regency Shanghai Lingang, Hyatt Place Shanghai Lingang Xinchen International Conference Center, and Hyatt Place Shanghai Lingang, offering a total of 797 keys, family - friendly amenities, and nearly 10.000sqm of event space that now operate as an integrated hospitality destination offering various accommodation options aimed at both business and leisure visitors.
These hotels are located in the core of Shanghai’ Lingang district, a planned special economic zone known for its circular design centred around Dishui Lake in Nanhui New City, aiming to be a high - tech, maritime hub with strong industry linked to robotics, AI, and advanced manufacturing, and with a focus on green urban planning.
Lingang district offers waterfront spaces, parks, new commercial/cultural developments like Mira Land and Oriental Fantasy, attracting expats and business through supportive policies and modern amenities.
These hotels provide an easy access to local attractions such as Dishui Lake, Shanghai Astronomy Museum, Haichang Ocean Park, and L+SNOW Indoor Skiing Resort and they are connected to downtown Shanghai via Metro Line 16’s Dishui Lake Station.
The Hyatt Regency Shanghai Lingang: The hotel serves as the flagship property, offering 305 art - inspired guestrooms, including family - themed rooms and suites with sweeping Dishui Lake views, six dining venues, a 24 - hour gym, 4.900sqm of event spaces, a two - storey kids club, and pet friendly accommodations.
Hyatt Place Shanghai Lingang Xinchen International Conference Center: The property is located on the shores of Dishui Lake, designed to accommodate business travellers and event attendees, it features 364 comfortable guestrooms, with themed family rooms available. The hotel connected by a sky bridge to the main Regency building offers 357sqm of flexible, modern event spaces for conferences and meetings. The hotel offers access to over 4.000 sqm of versatile space, including a 2.200sqm pillar - free ballroom that can be divided into two sections.
Hyatt Place Shanghai Lingang: The hotel is located just steps from Dishui Lake and features 128 rooms equipped with kitchenettes. refrigerators and laundry facilities to cater to extended - stays guests and families. Meetings can also be booked across 4.000 sqm of event space.
The opening of these properties is part of Hyatt’s strategy to expand its presence in Shanghai, providing a range of accommodation for business, leisure and extended stays. The hotels aim to serve diverse guest needs while enhancing connectivity and access to the city’s attractions.
