Treehouse Hotel Mancheter joins the recently opened Treehouse Hotel Silicon Valley in the United States of America, bringing the total number of Treehouse Hotels properties to three.
The hotel opened its doors in Manchester, a major city in the Northwest of England, bordered by the Cheshire Plain and the Pennines Hills, a centre well known for its rich industrial heritage, thriving music scene, world - class football, fascinating museums, vibrant art galleries and iconic landmarks.
The property is located in central Manchester at the junction of Blackfriars Street and Deansgate, offering an easy access to Manchester Cathedral, Arndale Shopping Centre, AO Arena and the train station in an area highlighted by a buzzing nighlife, offering a wide variety of restaurants, bars and pubs.
Like its London predecessor located in the chic Marylebone neghborhood, just a - 4 mimute walk from Oxford Circus, which opened its doors in 2019, Treehouse Hotel Mamchester embraces the brand's signature sense of individuality, adventure and nostalgia, offering a unique escape within the English city combining the vibrant energy of Manchester with the comfort and joy of the hotel brand.
The Hotel's design invites guests to experience Manchester from a new perspective enhancing its essence and spirit highlighted by special details. Each space is designed with personality, featuring patchwork quilts, bespoke headboards and exposed waffle concrete ceilings.
Each room features wall - to wall windows and lush greenery, creating the impression of a secret hideway in the treetops. A living green wall façade contrasts against the surrounding concrete buildings, hinting at the oasis within.
The property will initially opened 200 rooms, planning to add other rooms and suites for later in the year and also to shake up the local dining scene with three destination restaurants and bars.
The hotel is also on the track to achieve BREEAM Very Good certification indicates in the BREEAM rating system, a strong level of sustainability, achieved by buildings scoring 55% or more and the Green Key Certificate, an international eco - certificate for accommodations and other hospitality facilities that commit to sustainable business practices.
