Ker & Dawney, renowned Tour Operator and one of World’s Best Safari Travel Planners, a family - owned leading travel design company dedicated to crafting individually - inspired travel experiences headquartered in Belville, Texas, U.S. expanded its portfolio with the opening of Maxa, a new luxury safari camp located in the Okavango Delta, Botswana.
Maxa is an exclusive camp situated in a remote northeastern section of the Okavango Delta, a vast inland river delta known for its sprawling grassy plains, which flood seasonally becoming a lush animal habitat, a territory renowned for its great wildlife, with some of the most sought - after species, including crocodiles, elephants, giraffes, hippos, leopards, lions, many species of antelope and a birdwatcher’s paradise, with over 450 species recorded in the area.
