IHG Hotels & Resorts, British multinational hospitality company headquartered in Windsor, Berkshire, England, UK continues its expansion in South East Asia introducing a new voco hotel in Nha Trang Vietnam in collaboration with Nha Trang Bay JSC, a member of GreenSpark Group, a key local enterprise with advice to the development and architecture of the province.
The development of the future voco Scenia Bay Nha Trang is scheduled to commence operations near the end of 2025 will be situated in Nha Trang, a coastal resort city in Southern Vietnam, capital of Khánh Hòa province, well known for its pristine beaches, diving sites and offshore islands.
IHG Hotels & Resorts is set to increase its portfolio in a very strategic destination that has shown a significant growth, in 2024 the province of Khánh Hòa recorded a 10.8 million visitor turnout, including 4.8 million international tourists, a surge attributed to the area's appealing beaches, diving spots and culinary offerings.
The hotel will enter in the upscale brand voco characterized by thoughtful touches, high - quality amenities, vibrant atmosphere, attention to the guests, reflecting a combination of individual charm and global trustworthiness.
The voco Scenia Bay Nha Trang will be strategically positioned within a major real estate development by Nha,Trang Bay JSC, part of a broader tourism masterplan to boost the region's growth potential near popular attractions such as Ponagar Temple, Vinh Hai Market, Nha Trang beach and less than a hour from Cam Rahn International Airport.
The property will feature 250 comfortable rooms distributed across 28 floors, offering panoramic views and various amenities including multiple dining options, bars, a swimming pool and meeting facilities.
This addition to IHG Hotels & Resorts's portfolio in Vietnam marks the company's fourth hotel in the region, joining other properties such as InterContinental Nha Trang, InterContinental Residences Nha Trang, and Six Senses Ninh Van Bay.
