Hyatt Hotels Corporation, American multinational hospitality company headquartered in Chicago, Illinois has revealed plans to open a new hotel in Anjuna, a coastal village in North Goa, one of the two districts that constitutes the Indian state of Goa.
This centre is known for its vibrant atmosphere lively beach, and a famous flea market, a popular destination that offers a unique blend of natural beauty and bohemian vibe, a vibrant nightlife, attracting several tourists for its history and a stunning scenery highlighted by palm trees, black rocks, and golden sands, and well known to be a popular spot for relaxation and water sports.
This development is part of Hyatt’s strategy to expand its portfolio in India, particularly in key leisure destinations.
The future Hyatt Centric Anjuna Goa is under construction, set to open in early 2027, and will be managed by Nile Hospitality, a highly engaged, vertically integrated management organization providing hotel operational, development, and rebranding services, focused on the South Asian market and based in Udaipur, Rajasthan, India.
The property is owned by Deventure Hotel and Resorts Private Limited, a chain of luxurious hotels and resorts based in Delhi with a focus on providing unrivalled combination of warm Indian hospitality, contemporary, world – class service, an d modern luxury.
The hotel will be part of a full - service lifestyle hotel brand like Hyatt Centric, offeriug accommodations accurately designed to immerse guests in the heart of their destination. These hotel are known for their prime locations, offering a blend of modern amenities and intuitive service, with a focus on connecting guests to the local scene and will join the existing eight Hyatt Centric properties present across the country.
Hyatt Centric Anjuna Goa will feature 150 comfortable rooms, including standard king and twin guestrooms and suites, two restaurants, a deli, a bar, outdoor dining areas and additionally the property will include flexible meeting spaces and event spaces.
The hotel is positioned to cater both business and leisure travellers seeking local experiences, with its location providing easy access to various attractions of Goa.
The collaboration with Deventure Hotels and Resorts Private Limited and the management by Nile Hospitality is expected to contribute to the hotel’s success in the region.
