Rooms average about 300 square feet, and the hotels average approximately 50.000 square feet, with nearly 74% of that space being rentable.
Wyndham Hotels & Resorts has nearly a dozen new - construction ECHO Suites projects underway and is targeting a long - term goal of 300 ECHO Suites location by 2032.
