Kerzner International Holdings Limited, an independent developer and pioneer operator of luxury and ultra - luxury resorts and private homes, which operates Atlantis, One&Only, SIRO and Rare Finds brands and headquartred in Dubai, Arab United Emirates, has announced its expansion in East Asia with a new hotel of its SIRO brand in Tokyo, Japan.
This opening marks a strategic move to broaden the global presence of its SIRO brand, the first hospitality brand to offer a truly holistic well - being approach focusing on sleep, fitness, recovery, nutrition and mindfulness with the goal to deliver a pioneering hotel experience designed for active lifestyles.
This decision follows a recent brand expansion in Mexico and Saudi Arabia, and the successful opening of SIRO One Za' abeel in Dubai affirming the international consolidation of the group on the global scene.
The SIRO Rappongi expected to open in 2029 represents a strategic move into the Asia Pacific market and it will be located in central Tokyo's Minato - ku ward, also called Minato City, a metropolitan area formed in 1947 as a merger of Akasaka, Azabu and Shiba wards, known as one of Tokyo's largest business areas, home to headquarters of many famed domestic companies such as Honda, Mitsubishi Corporation, NEC, Nikon, SoftBank Group, Sony and Fujitsu and also known for being one of the wealthiest residential areas of the city.
The hotel will arise in proximity of renowned art galleries, museums, and Michelin – starred restaurants promising to be a favourite destination for both business and leisure travellers.and it will feature 100 rooms, modern wellness facilities, including a Fitness Lab and a Recovery Lab.
This expansion complements Kerzner's existing portfolio of luxury resorts as a continuation of the company's ambition to deliver pioneering hotel experiences for active lifestyles globally in very strategic and demanded destinations.
