The new property was developed by Integrated Hospitality Contruction, a company based in the Greater Chicago Area, delivering exceptional tumkey hospitality solutions across the United States, which has begun construction of a new Premier Suites hotel in Denver, Colorado ad it already operates an Extended Stay America Premier Suites hotel in Pueblo, Colorado, which opened in 2024.
Extended Stay America Premier Suites - Colorado Springs - South is located near various major military bases, including Fort Carson, Peterson Space Force Base, Schriever Space Force Base, the United States Air Force Academy and Cheyenne Mountain Space Force Station, as well as NORAD.
