The Loft House Group, hospitality company specialised in upscale hostels has opened its third premium hostel in Spain and the first in community in Andalusia in Seville, a move that is part of the group's plan to continue growing in the Spanish territory and taking its accommodation model to the Basque Country and the Valencian community.
The Loft House Sevilla is located in the heart of Seville, on the iconic pedestrian Calle Sierpes, the commercial hert of the Andaluian capital since the 15th century, that it's been an important centre of trade to blacksmith, cobblers and artisans, an emblematic spot in the area of the emblematic La Campana Patisserie, just off the Plaza de San Francisco, very close to the bustling square, Plaza Nueva and just a 10 minute walk from the Cathedral and the picturesque "Barrio de Santa Cruz".
The premium hostel housed in a building dating back to 1840 that was once the Central Palace Cinema, offers a unique, cozy experience in a modern setting providing 70 beds spread over 11 private, mixed and female rooms and in line with the proposals of Barcelona and Madrid.
The accommodation has also incorporated a specialty coffee bar with local roasters, artisan pastries from Seville, a coworking area with mute labs and a dining room with a fully equipped kitchen.
This project also incorporated technology so that arrival and departure is autonomous, if guests prefer and the hostel will have a terrace and pool area with stunning views of the Giralda, the iconic bell tower ofr Seville Cathedral, originally built as the minaret for the Great Mosque of Seville in al - Andalus, during the reign of the Almohad dynasty and other relevant buildings in the heart of Seville.
The designer and partner for the company Raúl Hernández explained that the Loft House Sevilla is designed to offer much more than a stay, this space becomes a meeting pont for digital nomads, design lovers and contemporary explorers.
Its minimalist interior design, with clean lines and carefully selected details, gives shape to a warm and vibrant atmosphere that invites both rest and connection.
Partner and CEO of the Loft House Group, Ramon Jiménez said that with this new establishment, the Loft House Group boasts a presence in three of the most important tourist cities in Spain such as Barcelona, Madrid and Seville.
