Populus Seattle is situated in the vibrant RailSpur District, named for the railways that once ran through the area, encompassing three historic warehouse buildings in Pioneer Square, Seattle first neighborhood, within the historic Westland Building, that has stood at the intersection point in Seattle's bustling waterways and rail network for over a century.

The establishment is situated a walking distance of major cultural and transportation hubs,  including Pike Place Market and the cruise terminal, making it an attractive option for both international tourists and locals.
