Vibra Hotels, a mid - range hotel chain based in Ibiza, boasting a large portfolio of hotels and apartments in the Balearic Islands, known for its wide selection of budget - friendly accommodations with modern facilities, has announced the start of work on its first property outside the Balearic Islands, located in Seville, the capital and largest city of the autonomous community of Andalusia in southern Spain, a centre well known for its cultural and historical heritage, beautiful Mudejar architecture, a vibrant arts scene, and a lively atmosphere all around its captivating neighbourhoods.
The chain, which boasts in its portfolio 38 establisments (5.000 rooms) in Ibiza, Mallorca and Menorca, plans to open the hotel in the Andalusian city by Easter 2027, a property which will be developed in the emblematic La Unión and Fénix building, next to the central Plaza Nueva, considered the beating heart of Seville, an important square home of the City Hall located a short distance from iconic sites include the majestic Cathedral, the Royal Alcázar, the Giralda Tower, the picturesque Barrio de Santa Cruz and surrounded by numerous tapas bars and shops.
The property will feature 113 comfortable rooms, a gourmet restaurant, a spa, a gym, a rooftop with a swimming pool offering stunning views of the historic centre, and spaces for events.
The company stresses that the project is committed to sustainability and local art, collaborating with Sevillian artists and promoting responsible practices from its design.
Vibra Hotels CEO, Antonio Doménech Lago stated that the company continues to grow, taking its energy and commitment to excellence beyond the Balearic Islands.
