IHG Hotels & Resorts, British multinational hospitality company based in Windsor, England, UK has officially opened the world world’s tallest hotel part of its Vignette Collection located in Dubai, UAE. Ciel Dubai Marina, Vignette Collection by IHG stands at 377 metres and comprises 82 floors.
The development was led by The First Group (TFG), a dynamic, integrated global property developer with a fast – growing portfolio of upscale hotels, residential properties, food and beverage brands and real estate asset management services, headquartered in Dubai.
The property is located in the heart of Dubai Marina on the Palm Jumeirah near Uptown Dubai with easy access to the Marina boardwalk and Dubai Marina Mall, close to attractions include JBR Beach, Bluewaters Island, and Ain Dubai, and various public transportation options, making it the perfect base for exploring the city and emirate’s most iconic destinations and offering guests a direct access to world - class dining, shopping and entertainment.
This architectural landmark redefining luxury hospitality as the the world’s tallest hotel, rising 377 metres above the vibrant Dubai Marina offers breathtaking panoramic views. The property invites guests to immerse themselves in the city’s dynamic beauty and features 1.004 luxurious rooms and suites, each with floor – to ceiling glass windows.
Ciel Dubai Marina, Vignette Collection by IHG offers a variety of dining options, boasting eight restaurants, including Tattu, a UK - based Asian restaurant that spans multiple levels. Tattu’s offerings include a restaurant on level 74, a sky pool on level 76 and a sky lounge on level 81.
Other dining venues include West 13, which serves Mediterranean cuisine; East 14, offering an Asian buffer; and Risen Café and Artisanal Bakery, which provides all - day dining options.
The hotel has partnered with the International Centre for Culinary Arts (ICCA) to support culinary training and career development, offering workshops and career opportunities for aspiring chefs.
Amenities include various comfortable lounges, three stunning outdoor pools, including the highest infinitiy pool in the world, Tattu Skypool, a modern 24 - hour gym with views of the Dubai skyline, and a serene spa on level 61 set to open in February 2026.
Guests have access to the Soluna Beach Club on the Palm Jumeirah, which features a private pool and beach area.
The hotel caters for families with dedicated spaces and activities for children, such as a Splash Pad and Kids Club. Business travellers have access to Nest on level 16, which offers meeting spaces and refreshments.
Ciel Dubai Marina, Vignette Collection by IHG entered in the Vignette Collection brand which currently includes 27 hotels, with 41 more in development.
