Alle is a picturesque village, famous for its lush landscapes, the scenic Semois River and outdoor activities like kayaking, hiking, and visiting the Ardois’s slate mine. This quaint centre is a tranquil, romantic destination perfect for nature lovers with access outdoor destinations, and cultural sites, situated 21 kilometres from Château fort de Bouillon and 42 km from Ardenne Golf Course.
The Belvilla Au Coeur d’ Alle is located at 15 Place Georges Mongin and features 16 rooms, a restaurant/bar, a buffet breakfast, room service, parking, and is pet - friendly.
Johan Vandenbogaerde is the owner of Belvilla Au Coeur d’ Alle. The launch marks Belvilla by OYO’s iniitial move into the hotel sector in Belgium and Europe as part of its broader strategy to expand its European hotel portfolio.
Belvilla by OYO’s European hotel operations will be managed under long - term management contracts to ensure consistent quality and operational reliability.
After the Belvilla Au Coeur d’ Alle’s opening, the company plans to expand its hotel presence in key European markets, including Denmark, Germany.and continuing in Belgium.
Belvilla by OYO in cooperation with DanCenter, a vacation rental marketplace headquartered in Copenhagen, Denmark, listing more than 10.000 properties in Scandinavia and northern Germany, will focus on the mid - premium segment, while premium hotels will operate under the SUNDAY brand.
