Minor Hotels, an international operator, investor and owner in the hospitality industry, company founded in 1978 and based in Bangkok, Thailand, boasting a large portfolio of hotels, resorts and vacation properties across the world continues its expansion in the Middle East with the addition of Palm Beach property in Dubai, UAE.
The hotel company has signed a strategic management agreement with Seven Tides International, a privately owned luxury property developer and holding company with a portfolio of exceptional properties in some of the world's most coveted destinations and headquartered in Dubai, UAE, for a beachfront property on Dubai's iconic Palm West Beach, a vibrant destination for relaxed days and lively nights, entertainment and skyline views along a 1.6 km captivating promenade.
The agreement, which will go into effect in August 2025, involves Minor Hotels and Seven Tides and the property currently operating as Dukes the Palm, a Royal Hideaway Hotel, a luxury brand by Barceló Group.
This relevant strategic move will increase Minor Hotels' total key count on Palm Jumeirah, Palm West Beach to 1.524 across three properties including Anantara The Palm Dubai Resort, and NH Collection Dubai The Palm, making Minor Hotels the largest operator on the Palm's Trunk.
Situated on the sunny and dynamic Palm West Bech, the resort includes 273 hotel keys and 287 serviced apartments, located adjacent to NH Collection Dubai The Palm part of Minor Hotel launched in February 2023.
The property comprises diverse room and suite options, and the serviced apartments include studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom layouts.
Amenities include six dining venues, a private beach, an infinity pool, a lazy river, and comprehensive wellness and family – friendly facilities.
The property offers direct access to a beachfront promenade packed by upscale restaurants, beach clubs, and entertainment venues in a prime location that is within easy reach of major attractions and is conveniently located 30 - minute drive from Dubai International Airport, making it an excellent option for leisure and business travellers.
Minor Hotels plans to soft refurbish in guest rooms and public spaces before a rebranding is announced later in 2025.
