HotelREZ, well known company that provides hotel representation services including distribution, sales and marketing to over 1500 independent hotels and small groups, has added 74 international properties in the first half of 2024.
In Great Britain the group has added new partner units in major cities such as London, Bath and Edinburgh, including the Rathbone Hotel, the Roseate House London and the soon-to-open Resident Edinburgh which will be the sixth Resident Hotel property to partner with HotelREZ.
In Europe, new additions include Lx SoHo Boutique Hotel and otelREZ in Portugal, First Hotels in Norway and Dorint Hotels in Switzerland and Germany.
The expansion in the United States of America and Canada includes LuxUrban and Vitality groups which cater to leisure travelers and business in major cities.
As relevant statistical data from the group the signatures come as hotel revenue increased in the period corresponding to the months of April and May with an increase of 16.3% compared to the same period last year and another significant figure between January and May 2024 bookings received per facility increased by 23.9% compared to the same period in 2023.
The founder and CEO of HotelREZ said that the partnership with groups such as LuxUrban and Vitality will help improve visibility in the competitive U.S. market. Regardless of where they are located, all hotel partners will benefit from HotelREZ's extensive global sales network and superior technology platforms that will allow them to attract a wider audience while maximizing their booking potential.
