This initiative is led by Juniper Capital LP, a
vertically integrated, institutional real estate investor that provides equity
and debt capital for invetments across a broad spectrum with its headquarters
in Houston – Texas – US in collaboration with Capital United, real estate,
developer and registered investment advisor who presented Moncayo, a
transformative gated community on the east coast of Puerto Rico.
Moncayo was conceived by Hart Howerton, a renowned
team of architects, interior designers, landscape architects and planners based
in New York and San Francisco expert for creating a timeless lasting

Moncayo in its inpiration draws on the centuries-old history of the
Caribbean island with accents on the native Tainos inhabitants of Puerto Rico,
Spanish colonialism, and increasingly trendy, modernist influences in a
combination to represent an evolved tropical style.
With a sustainable and progressive vision, the
multi-stage community will integrate cutting-edge education, comprehensive
