Moncayo in its inpiration draws on the centuries-old history of the Caribbean island with accents on the native Tainos inhabitants of Puerto Rico, Spanish colonialism, and increasingly trendy, modernist influences in a combination to represent an evolved tropical style.
With a sustainable and progressive vision, the multi-stage community will integrate cutting-edge education, comprehensive wellness programs and agricultural offerings with modern luxury residential living.
Moncayo will have a luxury hotel with 68 beachfront rooms equipped with all the services that will offer elite gastronomy, and an unparalleled Spa and wellness program.
