Estimar Hotels | Group's First Urban Hotel Opens in Valencia

Estimar Hotels, Spanish hospitality company that manages several properties in Calpe with a strong philosophy of prioritizing the provision of first-class accommodation and amenities, opens its first urban hotel in Valencia.

The Hotel Estimar Valencia enjoys a unique location in the heart of the Ciutat Vella, the old town next to the historic Plaza del Ayuntamiento which marks the central metropolitan axis that divides the historic center from the commercial area.

This ambitious project of the group in establishing a hotel in a city that ranks at the top for incoming tourism required about a year and a half of meticulous restoration, renovation, re-styling.

The most arduous work being the recovery of the main vault existing in the basement and now integrated on the ground floor preserving this element as a historical testimony of the structure.

The building used to be the seat of a bank and now this new structure with comfortable and open spaces with the urban environment of Valencia will offer guests a unique experience in the beating heart of a city that has a lot to offer.

The interior design directed by Rosa Roselló gives the Hotel Estimar Valencia an elegant design, rich in details with classic reminiscences in the spaces in connection with a certain industrial air visible in accentuated metal details in black that generate a contrast with the brightly colored walls and contemporary works of art.

The hotel, conceived as an accommodation facility with a cosmopolitan profile provides 65 rooms equipped with all services, spacious, bright, welcoming and tastefully furnished.

The restaurant located on the ground floor called The Banker's Bar is inspired by the building's financial past, and where you can see part of the door of the vault rehabilitated and framed above the fireplace that today shows the public its gears.

The Banker's Bar offers a Mediterranean menu with creative touches and nouvelle cuisine inspirations based on local, seasonal and high quality products.

Highlights of the hotel's culinary art are the candied artichoke flower finished grilled with top quality Iberian bacon, the flame-roasted glazed eggplant accompanied by yakiniku sauce, honey and Chinese spring onion, creamy rice in a cauldron made with fish and seasonal vegetables and a wide selection of cheeses from the Valencian community.

The restaurant is the place where breakfast is served, which includes a buffet area where are served homemade pastries, various types of yogurt, jams, cold cuts, cheeses and much more.

There are also à la carte dishes providing a choice of fried eggs, poached, scrumble eggs, Iberian ham bikini with cheese from Castilla la Mancha, hot chocolate with typical churros and the traditional horchata accompanied by farton.

The Coin is located on the roof of the hotel with views of the beautiful skyline of Valencia, the historic center, the monumental building of the old Banco de Valencia with refined classical lines with chastic architectural details, the La Nau Cultural Center and the Beautiful Cathedral.

The hotel's liquid menu designed by Patxi Troitiño, famous barman of the 3 Michelin star restaurant Akelarre and professor at the Vasque Culinary Center can be enjoyed at both The Ban anker Bar and The Coin.

Some of the creations of the master mixologisr are inspired by Valencia such as D'OR XATA whose base consists of lemongrass and the classic horcata and H20 VLC prepared with a base of Valencian citrus fruits, cava and gin.

The Coin is also the place to enjoy live DJ music, enlivening the evenings of the Hotel Estimar Valencia.

Guests have access to an ultra-equipped gym with state-of-the-art machines made of solid wood and designed to provide the same natural level control, which is felt when practicing outdoor sports and a Boutique Spa that provides treatments made with Natura Bissé products.
