Salone Internazionale del Mobile - the International Furniture Fair

From 16 to 21 April 2024, the Salone Internazionale del Mobile, the International Furniture Fair will be held in the spaces of Rho Fiera Milan, an event of great prestige and fame since 1961, a meeting place where the visitor can discover and learn first-hand about new opportunities and trends regarding every kind of design, projects and techniques linked to the world of furniture.
The fair represents a trade show of considerable importance with a proposal in which a vast range of furnishings with an innovative, technological, functional and highly expressive accent stand out, all elements that make up an optimal set for domestic spaces.
For years, the Milanese fair has been an inclusive medium that acts as a fulcrum for the creative production of furniture, a perfect place and a meeting point very suitable for all those who wish to learn about new trends, cutting-edge design and obviously new business channels.
The Salone Internazionale del Mobile in Milan is a large showcase where the absolute protagonists are living rooms, service areas, bedrooms, bathrooms, tables, wardrobes, corridors, representing all together a journey that narrates news, new prototypes, new lines that provide inspiration, automatically changing the way of living in domestic spaces.
The current edition renews the collaboration and partnership with Lombardini22, a way to optimize the layout of spaces by focusing on FTK, the biennial EuroCucina, the International Bathroom Exhibition and Technology for the Kitchen.
An important sector of the fair is undoubtedly the Salone Satellite founded by Marva Griffin Wilshire which sees young and talented designers under 35 as protagonists.
In other pavilions many companies will exhibit their projects developed in partnership with internationally renowned designers where the visitors can learn about very in-depth topics concerning the relationships between technology and design, research on materials and topics related to functionality.
Worth mentioning the pavilions 14 and 18, home of the elite names of Italian design which for many decades has conquered the international public for the elegance, refinement and style that distinguishes the Made in Italy throughout the world.
The Salone Internazionale del Mobile in Milan has been an undisputed protagonist on the intercontinental scene for decades, an additional reason to attend this event for its always highly trendy and cutting-edge proposals and a constant, modern view of the future.
