Tui Group , the famous German leisure, travel and tourism company, the largest company of its kind in the world with its main headquarters located in Hannover and Berlin, officially returns to its homeland, in Frankfurt.

The German group, as announced a few months ago, has decided to abandon the London Stock Exchange to return exclusively to the German MDAX listings starting from today.

According to information reported by Hosteltur, the group's chief financial officer explained in detail that this operation is basically aimed at successfully growing the company in a sustainable and profitable way, according to the the guidelines of the company.

The primary reasons for abandoning dual listing and focusing exclusively on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange are related to increasing the visibility and attractiveness of the stock to investors.
