TUI AG, trading as TUI Group, well-known German travel, leisure company headquartered in Hanover and Berlin, considered the world's largest in this genre, closed the third quarter of the financial year with a turnover of € 5.8 billion continuing a series of eight consecutive quarters with double-digit growth in EBIT.
Faced with these results, TUI Group CEO Sebastian Ebel commented that the results achieved demonstrate the strength and future sustainability of the company's business model, growing profitably and delivering on what has been promised.
The sustained levels of booking continue diligently also in the summer period with an increase of 6% compared to last year in the same period and although prices have increased by 3% for the current season 88% of the capacity has already been sold.
