Casual Hotels, hospitality services company that offers themed travel accommodation solutions with its headquarter in Valencia has signed an agreement to incorporate a 42-room hotel in Ibiza into its portfolio on a rental basis.
The group's strategies are oriented towards opening two new hotels in 2025, the Casual Bahia Ibiza which will be the first opening in the Balearic Islands and will be inspired by a project with Mediterranean themes created by interior designer Raquel Sanjuán Studio and the Casual Miraviglie Napoli.
Casual Hotels is taking great steps to promote its expansion in destinations in the Mediterranean basin, there is optimism that 2024 will be better economically than the previous year.
With this new accomodation in Ibiza and the one planned in Naples, Casual Hotel's portfolio has 947 rooms in fifteen cities located in Spain, Portugal and Italy for a total of 26 hotels.
