UN tourism's First Gastronomic Tourism Forum will be held in the Philippines, concretely in Cebu, city situated in the Central Visayan Region from 26 to 27 June 2024.
The Forum will be held in conjunction with the thirty-sixth Joint Meeting of the United Nations Commissions on East and Pacific Asia and South Asia.
Following its success on an international scale, it will be the first time that the Food Forum will take on a regional character and profile.
The Government of the Philippines will do the honors by welcoming the inaugural edition of this first regional forum which aims to establish a relevant meeting point between experts in the field and Member States with full dedication to the promotion of gastronomic tourism in the development of tourist destinations.
