The hotel hosted is in a 1920s manor house formerly known as the Andros Hotel and Dakota Designs, an international award - winning design and interior architectural practice specializes in focused interior design sectors, including travel retail, retail, hospitality & leisure with offices in Johannesburg and Cape Town is leading the transformation.
The property is located in the Cape Town's southern suburb of Claremont beneath the Table Mountain, a vibrant neighbourhood that perfectly balances old - world charm with contemporary city living, named after the Claremont House Estate, which was a prominent property in the area during area's early development in the early 19th century.
Claremont is a mixed - use area, with both residential properties and economically - important commercial sections. The suburb contains numerous retail centres, including Cavendish Square, Stadium on Main, and Palmyra Junction.
