FHI Hotel Group alias Furama Hotels International notorious group with its headquarter in Singapore is set to debut its brand in Australia, announcing the opening of the Furama Darling Hotel in Sydney scheduled for 1st July 2024.

Furama Hotels International currently operates an excellent portfolio of more than 40 hotels, resorts and villas with 7500 rooms available in the APAC region.

The opening of the group's horizons towards Australia is an acquisition and rebranding of the existing Holiday Inn Darling Harbour.

The group's senior CEOs informed this is a major step in growing the hotel chain and mid-range brand in key new markets in the Asia-Pacific region and Australia is a major country to make these new openings.

The hotel is strategically located to benefit from the $44 million revitalization plans for the Haymarket neighborhood and the creation of a $3 billion Tech Central Innovation hub in the immediate vicinity.

The four-star Furama Darling Harbour will therefore be the beginning of a new expansion with the message of offering guests experience of high level hospitality.

The opening of the hotel will see during the beginning of 2025 a restyling of the halls, the restaurant and the introduction of technological improvements such as access with a fiital key. mobile TV transmission and check-in/out.
