The Head of Marketing Italy of Falkensteiner Michaeler Group Alessandra Niada commented that compared to 2023 the Italian market has had increases of 10% on the consolidated and has no doubts about the importance of continuous growth.

A highlight is the segment made up of travel agencies, a market that has grown a lot even with regard to the most difficult structures, the first FMTG basin remains Austria, the second is Germany and in third position is Italy even if it depends purely on the structures and bound to this aspect throughout the territorial area of South Tyrol, Italy as a market almost always occupies the first position in the ranking, often and often at the same level as Germany.

As far as future projections are concerned, 2025 promises to be a key year for Falkensteiner Michaeler Group which is about to open new resorts in Italy and in Europe.

One of the top projects is the Falkensteiner Hotel Bozen which will open in the heart of the capital of South Tyrol, Bolzano as part of the Premium Collection, an urban retreat where guests can expect stylish, an elegant yet casual style and a pleasant atmosphere with breathtaking view of Catinaccio, Renon and Sciliar Alpine peaks in the Dolomites of South Tyrol and in addition as a great detail on the sixth floor Mochi with its top class Japanese fusion cusine and delicious drinks.

At the end of 2025 it will be the turn of the ambitious Fallkensteiner Park Resort Lake Garda project, a five-star hotel and apartment in a botanical park on the shores of an idyllic lake in Salò, splendid town in the province of Brescia in the Lombardy region highlighted by its beautiful promenade facing a stunning gulf at the foot of the Morainic Hills and Monte San Bartolomeo.

In 2025, the Falkenteiner Aurora Residences will open in Croatia, not far from the beautiful Zadar, hiotrically known as Zara, nestled in the five-star Resort Punta Skala, luxury villas in the peaceful village of Petrčane and includes a stunning peninsula facing the Adriatic Sea with panoramic view of stunning, scattered, Dalmatian islands.

In 2026 there will be the opening of the Falkensteiner Hotel Licata providing 125 rooms and suites approximately 10 kilometres from Licata, well known seaside resort located in Sicily's southern coast between Agrigento and Gela at the mouth of Salso River.

In 2027 there will open of the Falkensteiner Family Hotel Grörmitz which will be the first structure of the brand to open in Germany in Grömitz, a centre in the district of Ostholstein in Schleswig - Holstein on the scenic bay of Lübeck, providing 106 rooms and suites.
