The establishment is located at East 41st Street in the heart of Midtown Manhattan, one block from the Grand – 42nd Street Subway Station and a 15 - minute walk to the iconic Times Square previously known as the Dylan Hotel.
The property is owned by Azora Group, a real asset investment firm, founded in Madrid, Spain in 2003, which manages assets over €14.6 billion across various American and European sectors, specializes in identifying untapped investments opportunities and providing tailored investment solutions for investors.
The Chemist's Club Hotel is a boutique establishment, set to bring the iconic legacy of the Chemist's Club, once a prestigious club formed in December 1898 in New York with the mission to promote the interests of chemists and those interested in the science and applications of chemistry.
Ilmiodesign, interior design studio based in Madrid, Spain founded in 2009 by architect Michele Corbani and industrial designer Andrea Spada designed the property applying the firm concepts concepts based on spatiality, comfort, functionality, beauty, aesthetics and harmony.
The hotel aims to ensure a personalized guest experience with high-quality amenities and services, such as Egyptian cotton lines, custom matresses, curated welcome baskets, and exclusive Botanist & Chemist toiletries.
The Chemist's Club Hotel provides 107 welcoming and comfortable rooms and suites including the unique Alchemy Suite and the opulent Penthouse suite with a terrace offering expansive and spectacular views of Manhattan.
The accommodation offers several facilities and services such as a fully equipped fitness centre, a concierge service for restaurant reservations, Broadway tickets and personalized New York itineraries and the Benjamin Steakhouse, a family – owned restaurant adjacent to the hotel, offer craft cocktails and meals.
