An investment of € 15.5 million will be carried out in view for the Jubilee to enhance the celebration of cultural events, managing archaeological sites and historic buildings.
This action was approved by the Regional Council of Lazio chaired by Francesco Rocca on the proposal of the Councilor for Tourism Simona Baldassarre.
This investment will make it possible to support the 137 redevelopment interventions already underway concerning archives, libraries, monumental complexes, museums, archaeological areas and parks present in all five provinces of Lazio.
The Councillor for Tourism has declared his willingness to support projects for the benefit of the paths of art and faith and among these there are the Via di San Benedetto, the Via Francigena, the Cammino di San Francesco all routes to discover in the region in view of the Jubilee.
In addition to all that as further operations there will also be other 25 new projects that will receive funding.
