The future resort will be located on a 124-acre private island called East Sampson, part of the Exuma archipelago that includes 365 islands.

Approximately 25 percent of the 124 acres will be developed and part of the operations will be dedicated to implementing initiatives as solar energy sources to minimize the impact.

The future Rosewood will feature 33 suites, six dining options that will use ingredients from the property's organic garden, a 20,000 square meter Asaya wellness center, six treatment rooms, a dedicated hydrotherapy facility, a fitness center, an outdoor swimming pool, a sports center with tennis courts,  padel and pickleball as well as water sports equipment.

The resort will also include a fully equipped beach club with a grill restaurant, beachfront and poolside bar, a private dining room and two marinas with slipways to accommodate 150-foot yachts.

In addition to the swimming pool of the bathing complex, two other pools will be available exclusively for overnights gusts, one of which is dedicated to families.

Rosewood Hotels & Resorts' President Radha Arora enthusiastically stated her great pleasure in partnering with Yntegra Group to bring Rosewood Hotels & Resorts' blend of luxury and authenticity to the beautiful Exumas Islands.

The group has conceived Rosewood Exuma as an ideal resort to offer a luxury and new generation experience that honors the quintessential character of this unspoiled archipelago by inviting guests on a journey of discovery and adventure.

Yntegra Group CEO Felipe MacLean commented the company is excited about the partnership with Rosewood Hotels & Resorts, believing that the hotel group's iconic brand experience will help redefine the industry at Exuma.

This partnership represents the shared vision of creating exceptional experiences that inspire and delight guests while being good community partners who are committed to Exuma.
