The Cayman Islands, a British Overseas Territory which

docking.
ACT, the Cayman Island Cruise Tourism Association which represents a coalition of stakeholders dedicated to the sustainable growth of the cruise industry in the Caribbean country, is celebrating a hard-fought victory following a parliamentary vote to go ahead with a public referendum on cruise ship infrastructure.
For monts, he Cayman Island Cruise Tourism Association has been at the forefront of efforts to bring this issues directly to the people of the Cayman Islands, and the program's execuitive Director, Ellio Solomon, made it clear that ACT's tireless advocacy to give the Cayman Islands citizens a voice was instrumental in securing this milestone.
The ACT Director said that this is exactly the outcome that ACT has worked tirelessy and it is a major step towards adapting the Cayman Islands's cruise ship docking infrastructure to modern standards, and the aassociation is proud that its efforts have ensured that the voice of the Cayman people are heard on this critical issues.
The Cayman Islands' general election in which the referendum will be decided, is scheduled for 30th April 2025.
