Ethiopian Airlines & Dar Al - Handash | Project for Africa's Largest Airport

 

Ethiopian Airlines, the flag carrier of the country of the same name is planning the development of the largest airport on the African continent which, once completed, will be able to handle up to 100 million passengers a year.

The African country's air carrier has signed an agreement with Dar Al-Handash, a leading international multidisciplinary consulting organization in engineering, architecture, planning and project management, for the design and construction of this mega-airport that will be built in Abusera, located in East Shewa in the Oromiya region, just south of the capital Addis Abeba.
