Dusit Thani Public Company Limited, known as Dusit International, renowned multinational Thai hotel, developer and real estate company founded in 1948 and based in Bangkok, has signed an agreement with the real estate company King Square Development Co, to manage the Dusit Suites and the KingsQuare Residence in the Thai capital Bangkok.
The upscale hotel, service apartment and
luxury residential project is expected to open in 2026 and is located on Rama 3
Road, the famous 12 kilometres urban artery running along the bed of Chao Phraya River
on the Phra Nakhon side near King's College International School in the Thai metropolis.
The Dusit Suites Kingsquare and the KingQuare Residence are part of a brand – new lifestyle complex that will also include a shopping center.
Dusit Suites Kingsquare Bangkok will provide 60 hotel rooms and 49 suites developed for short and long-term stays with facilities such as an all-day restaurant, a swimming pool, a coworking space, a meeting room, a private space for flexible use and a kids' club.
Next to the hotel, Dusit International will operate the luxurious KingsQuare Residence housed in a 52-storey tower with 222 residences ranging from one-bedroom units to three-bedroom homes as well as penthouses and duplex penthouses.
Amenities include a swimming pool and barbecue terrace, a shared kitchen and private dining room, a children's playroom with adjacent lawn, a basketball court and a space for private meetings. On-demand Dusit services include housekeeping, laundry, and 24-hour concierge services.

Dusit Suites Kingsquare Bangkok is the ninth hotel in the Thai city to be managed by Dusit International and the second in the Asian metropolis to combine a hotel and serviced suites.
