Verdi Hotels is a brand launched in the market by Corinthia Hotel Group, renowned hospitality company founded in Malta in 1962 the Pisani family and this opening marks the brand's debut in Tunisia, joining three other properites, two located in Malta and one in Budapest, Hungary with future plans for 2025 including a further expansion within Europe and in the Middle East.

The property is situated in La Marsa, part of the Tunis Governorate, a coastal centre of the Côtes de Carthage in the northeastern part of Tunisia, well known for its lively atmosphere, pristine beaches, upscale residential areas, numerous cafes, restaurants and shops connected to the capital Tunis by TGM railway and adjacent to the captivating and lively centre of Gammarth,  2 - minute drive from the Residence Golf Course and 6 minutes from Gammarth Marina.

Verdi Tunis Beach Resort features 300 welcoming and comfortable rooms, notable dining options with five restaurants and bars and amenities such as an indoor and outdoor pools, two ballrooms as well as meeting rooms suitable to host conferences, workshops and events and a direct access to the beach.

Further highlights are technological features aimed at providing a frictionless experience have also been, integrated at the establishment, including "Just Walk Out" technology, which detects when products are taken from or returned to shelves to support self - check out.
