The opening of the new Vineyard site marks the brand’s ninth property nationwide and is part of LivAway Suite’s strategy to provide extended - stay accommodations in rapidly growing U.S. markets.
The city features a waterfront along Utah lake, a growing network of parks and trails, and new planned communities with amenities like splash pads and community centres. It boasts new transit - oriented development like Utah City, and access to the FrontRunner train for easy transportation. Recreational opportunities include water activities on Utah Lake, hiking, and nearby entertainment like TopGolf.
Utah County, where Vineyard is located, has experienced significant population growth. Between July 2023 and July 2024, the county added 21.853 new residents, accounting for 43% of the state’s total population increase.
This growth has been driven by factors such as job creation, in - migration, and housing development, resulting in a current population exceeding 750.000, which represents a 13% increase since 2020.
The demand for flexible lodging options in the area has been rising due to the presence of relevant institutions like Brigham Young University and Utah Valley University, as well as major employers such as Qualtrics and Vivint.
The new LivAway Suites location aims to cater to this demand by providing accommodations for a diverse range of travellers, including in the academia, healthcare, and workforce.
The property operates within the “upper economy” extended - stay market and is located at 341 N Geneva Road serving as a convenient home base with a fully equipped kitchen, spacious bathroom, and smart TVs in each suite.
Beyond the accommodation, guests can enjoy the contemporary ease of smart guest laundry facilities, a fitness centre, a lobby /co - working area, stunning lakeside views and an easy access to I – 15 for commuting to Provo and Salt Lake City.
The company has reported that its portfolio of nine properties is performing ahead of projections, which has reinforced confidence among investors and developers in its business model.
LivAways Suites has also indicated plans for further expansion, with additional openings expected across the country by 2026.
