Saudia, the national airline of Saudi Arabia with headquarterin Jeddah, which operates multiple scheduled domestic and international flights and over 70 destinations in the Middle East, has launched its ultra-modern digital platform named TC – Travel Companion, a system developed and powered by cutting-edge AI.
This strategy is aimed at changing current trends and revolutionizing the world of travel with the support of digital technology, with all the innovations, in collaboration with Accenture, the well-known US multinational based in Dublin that operates in the field of outsourcing, management and strategic consulting.
Saudia with the use of TC has in its plan a total redefinition of digital standards with the intention of changing the traveler's approach to the airline by offering tailor-made and personalized services and solutions to facilitate and meet individual needs by making highly reliable search results available to the user.
All data will be authenticated using supporting images, giving immediate answers thanks to the sophisticated digital platform system that will allow the traveler to book, hotels, restaurants, attractions and much more in a very short time, eliminating the transition from one platform to another.
Another important detail about Travel Companion is that it establishes seamless connections with the platforms of the railway and transport companies, providing guarantees of smooth travel without interruptions and obstacles.
In the process, in a step-by-step step, Saudia will introduce new additional features, including digital payment and voice commands.
By using an e-SIM card enabled by the same airline, travellers will be able to enjoy global access without having to switch to other internet providers. In this case, the user will be able to view and purchase data packages for additional applications.
TC's strategy, with the support of Accenture aims to become the preferred app for travelers, providing them integral, totally exhaustive and truthful information becoming a key reference point for booking flights and with the desire to elevate itself as a very top airline in the international ranking.
