The Four Seasons Hotel Osaka has opened its doors, a new icon of luxury and style in one of the most dynamic cities in Japan and in the world, a relevant, commercial and port center on the island of Honshu, a metropolis well known known for its modern architecture, nightlife and a wide gastronomic offer.

The Four Seasons Hotel Osaka was developed to present a unique and exclusive experience in the city and the opening of the GENSUI floor, a contemporary ryokan that offers both luxury and Japanese tradition, confirms this from the moment guests step out of the elevator on the 28th floor of the building.

Upon arrival, guests will be greeted with a cup of green tea and will be asked to remove their shoes providing them with slippers or walk barefoot to the room or suite by walking on soft and traditional tatami floors.

Each room on the GENSUI floor combines the traditional features of Japan with a modern and very attractive design where the seats are low, the doors slide silently, the wahi paper headboards adorn the soft futon-style beds which are traditional Japanese mattresses, very thin and flexible placed directly on the tatami mat.

The rooms also include typical services of the country such as the use of a cotton kimono called yukata and a minibar with selected and accurate products.

Guests of the GENSUI apartment have exclusive access to the SABO tea room where they can enjoy bento breakfasts, tea and sake rituals and wine in the evening.
