The property developed in collaboration with the Royal Group, a major investment and development company, known for diversified investments including hotel properties across Asiav the Pacific region was designed by Yabu Pushelberg, famous design studio with offices in Toronto, Canada and New York, U.S..
The complex features 62 villas, each equipped with a private pool and outdoor terraces, with the accommodations range in size from one - bedroom 211 - square metre villa to the expansive four - bedroom 650 - square - metre Royal Villa.
